Eight Yale undergraduates are chosen each year for the Women in Government Fellowship. The program is open to all Yale College first-years, sophomores, and juniors and designed to help students explore political careers by funding their participation in unpaid onsite policy-focused government internships. The fellowship grants students a stipend to cover living expenses for the duration of the summer internship and tuition for their required attendance to The Campaign School at Yale, a five–day intensive course at Yale Law School on the basics of running a successful political campaign.
