About the event
We hope you’re staying safe and positive in the midst of these trying times. We've brought in Sukhi to host an event; they specialize in navigating teams through transition via remote mindfulness workshops. Their session will will focus on 3 key areas: body scans to build awareness of physical sensations, a box breathing workshop (which is what the Navy Seals use to calm their parasympathetic response in tense situations), as well as an empathy-building guided meditation.
